Who am I?
My name is Lina Reda, I’m 19 years old and I’m studying for a Bachelor’s degree in Information and Communication.
I love observing, understanding, and translating ideas into images, words, and concepts. For me, marketing and communication are playgrounds where stories can be told, emotions conveyed, and connections created.
I enjoy playing with contrasts: between shadow and light, strategy and emotion, rigor and intuition.
I strive to give meaning to what I create—to capture the essence of an idea and transform it into something that resonates.
Throughout this portfolio, try to guess: who am I?
Because deep down, what truly matters is what leaves a mark.

My passions
Photography
I’ve always loved photography—not just for freezing a moment, but for everything it allows you to express.
An image is a perspective, an emotion, a story you choose to tell without a single word. Photographing is capturing the invisible: the silent symmetry of a building or the echo of a step on wet cobblestones. It’s also giving meaning to memories, offering them a place outside of time.
I enjoy playing with framing just as I do with ideas, seeking the balance between spontaneity and composition. As in communication, every detail matters—the choices we make about what to show, hide, or emphasize.
Photography is my way of writing differently. Of observing the world, understanding it, and giving it a form that reflects who I am.
Cooking
Even before living on my own, I loved exploring the kitchen, trying new recipes, and discovering flavors from elsewhere. It was curiosity, it was pleasure. Today, it’s also a necessity.
Cooking is part of my daily life—a task that has become much more than a simple habit: it’s a moment to create, to play with tastes, to find the right balance and combine elements so they harmonize together.
Ultimately, I would like to combine this passion with my field. To explore how communication can elevate cooking, how it can give a voice to flavors and the stories they carry.
